A group study session and open book exam for both certifications will take place on Saturday, July 18th from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Mailpiece Design Consultant (MDC)

Office Service Professionals Certification (OSPC)

The Office Service Professionals Certification (OSPC) is designed for individuals working in domestic and international mail, administrative services, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, communications, and more.

Developed jointly by MAILCOM, AOSP, and MSMA, this certification strengthens essential office service skills and reinforces your commitment to professional excellence.
