Business Partner Registration Pricing

Register by March 13th, 2026, and receive $250 off the registration of your first booth! Exhibitors registered by March 13th will also have their company logo included in attendee marketing materials and be recognized as an exhibitor at our NPF booth. (Prices listed below do not include the early bird discount.)

All conference sponsors will be recognized and have their company logo in the conference program as well as a sponsorship poster.

*Branded items will include your company logo along with the NACUMS logo. Company logo sponsorships are reserved for paid 2026 Business Partners until February 16, 2026. All available items will be released to all Exhibitors on February 17, 2026.

Shipping Information

The 2026 exhibit hall will be on the second floor of the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown, in the Century Ballroom. NACUMS offers two options for shipping exhibit materials.

  • Exhibit hall materials shipped to the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown must fit within the hotel’s freight elevator, including any pallet plus lift. Freight elevator dimensions are 72” wide x 93” deep x 76” tall. Pallets, crates, cases and small items that meet elevator restrictions may be shipped directly to the hotel if desired and if advance shipping is not required.
  • For oversize items or for items requiring advance shipment, exhibitors must direct shipping through the contracted exhibit company, factor 110, who will handle oversize items, advance shipments, material handling, labor services and special furniture orders.

Please read the following important information to determine the best method for your exhibit materials.

Exhibitors shipping large items, such as pallets, crates or large cases must contact Leah McIntyre in advance at [email protected] or 405-815-6004  with details of your shipment.  Not sure if your item is oversize? Please contact Leah McIntyre at [email protected] or 405-815-6004.

Packages are to be scheduled for delivery no sooner than Thursday July 16, 2026.  Items requiring earlier arrival or oversize items must be shipped to the official trade show company, factor 110 – see Advance & Oversize Shipping Information for details.

All packages will be delivered to the exhibit hall (or vendor’s tables if possible) the morning of the event set-up.  All packages will be assessed the following handling fees:  

  • Packages - $10 per box
  • Pelican Briefs or Rolling Cases - $25 each 
  • Crates or Pallets - $75 each

- Shipments to Contracted Trade Show Company - Advance & Oversize Shipping Information

Advance Shipping
Exhibitors shipping items that need to arrive prior to July 16 must ship items to the official trade show company, factor 110. Please visit our official page at factor 110 for pricing, deadlines and instructions. Exhibitors are responsible for all charges associated with requested items/services.  

Oversize Shipping Information
Exhibitors with oversize/overweight items must ship inbound and outbound items through factor 110 . Factor 110 must also provide drayage service for items and will deliver and pick up from the Sheraton. Please visit our official page at factor 110 for pricing, deadlines and instructions. Exhibitors are responsible for all charges associated with requested items/services.

- Return Shipping

At the conclusion of the event, outgoing items must be sealed and properly labeled for return shipping. Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling pick-up of any items that need to be shipped. Return shipments must be picked up no later than 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026.  Shipments not picked up after 12:00 p.m. on July 22 will incur a charge of $25 per item per day.

Return shipping for items shipped to factor 110 will be subject to their requirements and procedures.

Exhibitors are responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling regardless of the provider.   

- Labor Services

Exhibitors requiring assistance with equipment or setup/dismantle of their booths may arrange services with the official exhibit company, factor 110. Registered exhibitors will receive an exhibit kit via email from NACUMS with detailed information and links to order services.

- Payment Information

Exhibitors shall be responsible for all charges incurred with the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown and/or factor 110 and will provide payment directly to the service provider.

AV and Power Needs

NACUMS provides exhibitors with one standard power strip and standard Wi-Fi connection. Requests for special or additional electrical, monitors, or wired internet connectivity must be ordered directly from the Hotel’s provider no later than June 30, 2026.

Exhibitors are responsible for all charges associated with requested services.
